mlp ET. I'm dismayed that I once bought this mlp. And I'm still with it. I'm okay with the yield, and I'm ok with holding on to it in my taxable account. So far, as long as I've held there's been no reportable income (depreciation expense has wiped it out) or problem with reporting the k-1 information. But oh boy, if and when I decide to sell, there'll be depreciation recapture and who knows what else. Since I'm guessing I may have the thing 'til end-of-life, I see now with the units down, they can be attractive to me - primarily because I'm already into the mlp zone with it. I've added a few units here.
