.....I'm doubtful.........US has only 3 batteries that I'm aware of.......would not trust the US for a minute not to somehow leak where / when they will arrive......doubt the Ukrainians can keep them safe and fire them without immediate counter fire.....too many internal informers ...you can bet every Chinese satellite will monitor them as soon as they arrive in Poland....would not be surprised if they are targeted there even before entering Ukraine.....still, if anyone can pull this all off, it's the Ukrainians.......I'm all for it......SLAVA UKRAINI
