Not telecom but there's always MO.

I've been trying to figure out what's going on with LYB. Seems to be more of an industry thing but the market sure isn't loving it lately. I don't see a dividend cut as likely but if it did, even slicing it in half is over 5.5% yield and the sp would probably bounce off that.
