It is extremely difficult to compare REE deposits, because each deposit is unique. (BTW, REEs aren't actually rare but widespread. What is rare is finding them in high enough concentrations to define a deposit.)

Even two deposits that are close to each other and have similar size and grade can have entirely different economics. This is because REEs are so similar to each other chemically that being able to isolate individual REEs or even groups of similar REEs from each other generally requires developing a process unique to that deposit. It's all about the metallurgy.

That said, the size, scope, and grade of what NPK has are very impressive at this early stage.

(BTW, I didn't bother to read the AI stuff, partly because it will ignore these types of complex considerations.)

They are years of drilling and metallurgical testing ahead before we can start to get an idea of the economics of NPK's REEs, which doesn't mean they can't drive value for the company along the way.
