If it says so on the package, then it probably is wild caught...

With salmon it's very easy to tell just by looking at it...

The farm raise salmon has white fat lines running through it, the wild caught is a deeper red and has absolutely no white fat lines...

It's not an issue with the fat itself, but the farm raised fat has more than double the omega 3 and is just plain not healthy to consume...
