Lets assume that KRY unequivocally wins, with no recourse by PDG!! Would PDG have any right of recoup for the purported $US100mm they have spent already, throught Ven or International Courts? If so this is a "lien" against LC isn't it? Which would likely encumber future value until settled! the Chief
