Interesting, I didn't know that... It just tastes odd and feels so gooey... We're getting plenty of vitamins and other nutrients from other good organic food, fruits, and veggies... Also, lots of daily exercise at the park... So, I guess we'll miss out on the skin... Or, very possibly, maybe we'll give it another try... Many thanks for that valuable info, it's much appreciated... I'll share that info with my wife, we may give it another try... Thanks... GZ
