*AV* Where's the best place to learn about SCALPEL? e beam technology. You mentioned on your commentary about that with the posts to Cymer - would like to know if thats a completely different system than Cymers or can work together. Sounds like that was used in DPI announcement since that also matches what Lucent said last year about what that system could do as I remember.
