I'm no expert but I'm arriving at 10.31 if it's a shallow 23.6% retrace, or 9.29 if it's a standard 38.2% wave 4 retracement.. From Breeze's chart it looks like wave 3 started at 4.95. So it's 7.01 to the 11.96 high. 23.6% of 7.01 is 1.65. 38.2% is 2.67.Subtract that from 11.96 and you get 10.31 or 9.29.
