It wasn't that long ago that Carney travelled to China to facilitate a very large loan of a few hundred million dollars from the Bank of China to Brookfield. I can't help but wonder if funding a $billion dollar contract to a Chinese military shipyard to build BC ferries was a quid pro quo using Canadian tax dollars.
