CGNT - the issue is the country risk with this one and that will not change. Some good well written contracts and agreements are a good start. Getting the government on side and tied in reduces the risk. We shall see. FM's shut down mine is a fair example of what can happen when a mafia gets the locals wound up ( can happen anywhere but some places are a greater risk) what is in FM's favour is their contracts - one way or another they will get their investment back ... unless some business twit in FM elects to write it off.
CGNT - needs to have iron clad documents in place and government on side. The project is a no brainer from the reserves and mineralogy side - people and politicians are the issue.
