I believe 80% of all goods shipped world wide went through British Ports on British made ships at one point. Burrell stands out as someone who did well during the period. It needs to be spread out a bit, but without everyone becoming godless commies in the process. (imho) Some sort of regulated free enterprise sounds about right.
