We'll find out in a few hours. It's probably been known to the committee for days or weeks. It's a question whether avoiding cheapening the prize or avoiding tariffs or other reprisals is Norway's priority. BTW, there's always en.wikipedia.org Which can wreak havoc in the markets or be a tempting target for the regime to seize. Only in the bizarre current environment could I conceive of writing a post like this.
