Good question, but I am not a medical resource on such matters. Barbara O'Neill mentions Dr McCullough though, and he has some good credentials. Look at his "science based ingredients" here. Ultimate Spike Detox– The Wellness Company a snippet. So from that perspective, what Barbara O'Neill says, passes muster. None of this is medical advice btw. Even these highly qualified sources take special pains to point out that everyone is different, and one solution may suit one person but not another.
