The news about the well approval is fantastic. One thing that has entered my thoughts though...This well approval might come with some strings attached. Some people speculate that EnviroTec will charge , and get $18 plus dollars a barrel to dispose of the class V waste. I would imagine all things being fair, that some sort of compromise will have to be reached between the tougher environmental laws being passed- enforced , and the business with waste paying the fees for disposal? After all, the ones passing legislation must walk the line between what is right and what is reasonable for the local business owners. In other words, there may be a cap on what can be charged for disposal of such waste.In either case it sounds like there is some $$$$ to be made!
