You know that I normally avoid Hennigh, but it was seeing him take that position rather than just come on board the company that convinced me to change my strategy this time.

I remembered something about SIG merging with another company some years ago, but when I started looking back through their PRs for details, I got distracted by the sheer number of PPs they have closed, in less than 4 years 11 of them to raise for a total of $36M, assuming I didn't lose count. This explains why the share count is higher than I would like for a company at this stage of development. I wonder if there is a rollback in their future?

BTW, a big part of having so many HSLATTs is that I have way too many positions, many of them too small to be meaningful after rollbacks and such. I look forward to ditching as many of them as possible for less of a loss than I would have expected, thanks to the metals bull.
