Supremes are appointed for life. Nobody can screw with them, not even the person in the big chair. Sure, he has yes-men on it, but on something big like this, they can't put themselves out on a limb. You're talking about hundreds of billions of dollars a year to please one guy. That doesn't add up by any math via any law the court could apply on these reciprocal tariffs declared on a whim.
