I believe during the original PEA that there was parts of the deposit that were not considered in the Resource calculation. That’s because at the time the grades at the periphery of the deposit or within a “ halo” were not really economic,
This is all changed with the new purity levels and rising graohite prices. In addition we have the added credits from REEs
The in my opinion makes the resource calculation no longer accurate and is likely much larger and under valued
