Dad was a gem, he did not believe in hitting which was a good thing for me, he was as strong as an ox and I was no Angel :) Mom raised on a farm was a bit old school, we did not agree on everything but she gave my principal in grade 10 hell after he said all my friends were hoods and girlfriends whores, this was after I got caught for skipping out. He also said my hair was too long. Mom mentioned the Beatles (the Beatles had just been given a medal from the Queen), so long hair couldn't be too bad :) that was the only time I ever skipped out.
