Only in a utopian ideal human state - not our reality. He who blames no one for injustices is a tool for those who victimize and exploit. Sometimes the injustices are in the name of their particular god, sometimes purely for money and power -- or both. Accountibility and seeking truth begins with blame. For example, ask the victims of Maxwell and Epstein. The masses were told to "look away" by those in power. Or tell it to the legal asylum process immigrants targeted and disappeared to El Salvador prisons. We must sometimes blame, and whenever possible use due process bring accountability while protecting the innocent.
