It is impossible for any intelligent person with a decent understanding of how the markets work to believe that this was anything but an insider aided trade. A person has to be fairly stupid (for lack of a better word) to believe this was an "in the right place, at the right time" type of trade. Unfortunately, in a situation where someone should be going to jail over this trade, there will probably not even be an investigation.
