Hi Hawk,

Never trust a 4 and they can take a long time seems to come to mind.

Last fall I cut back my elderberry trees and they were slow to come back.

It looks like they will not have berries this year.

I think with our shorter summers, that is not appropriate in Wisconsin.

Last fall I put compost on my asparagus and concord grapes. Both responded nicely with bumper crops this fall.

Gardens always have a plant that bust sand some tplants hat boom.

Part of the learning process is to try thigs different.

How did your sun cherries in a 5 gallon pail turn out?
