I think he’s reminding us that today is the first day of distinctly negative seasonal stretch - until Oct 27. In another study, he showed that Oct 20 - 27 is supposed to be the worse part.

Edit- but, look at Oct 27 - Jan. 18, all positive. We shall see.

The reality is, it started on Friday… :)
