Worth listening to. A lot of very valid points but also a lot of oversimplification. Throwing the doors wide open to Chinese EVs in exchange for canola exports doesn’t make financial sense but yes, there is a deal to be made. Maybe a limited number of Chinese EVs? Maybe Canadian production of Chinese EVs?

From what I am reading, Carney is doing his utmost to “internationalize” Canada’s trade practises and so far seems to be rather successful.
