Whenever Microsoft announces changes in plans — especially “simplifying” pricing — it’s usually a sure sign of a price increase in disguise. Not this time. Microsoft has two surprises for old Microsoft watchers, such as your humble correspondent. Surprise 1 – The new Microsoft 365 Premium plan brings a significant price decrease for anyone with a Copilot Pro plan. It’s not a trivial saving either, at between $140 and $170 a year.
