We’re hiring a CEO and a CFO to help build a rare-earth champion for the energy transition.
OBY Critical Minerals is accelerating development of our Man of War project—an ionic-adsorption clay discovery in Minas Gerais, Brazil—designed to produce an ultra-clean magnet rare-earth concentrate (NdPr + Dy/Tb) for EVs, wind and advanced manufacturing.

CEO — Builder. Partner-maker. Accelerator.
You will:
• Own the strategy and P&L from pilot through commercial ramp.
• Build and lead a top-tier team; set culture for safety, speed and stewardship.
• Convert technical progress into execution plans and milestones.
• Secure offtakes/strategic partnerships across the magnet supply chain.
• Lead capital formation (equity, project finance, strategic/JV) and stakeholder engagement across Brazil/US/Canada.
You bring:
• Track record scaling industrial/mining or process-tech ventures (0?1?N).
• Credibility with investors, OEMs and governments; bias to action and crisp communication.
• Ability to operate cross-border; Portuguese a plus, not required.

CFO — Architect of the capital stack.
You will:
• Design the financing roadmap from seed to project finance; manage treasury and risk.
• Stand up world-class FP&A, controls and reporting across three jurisdictions.
• Lead investor relations, board reporting and governance; support offtake economics and contracts.
• Drive cost discipline and scenario planning around ramp, price curves and capex/cash flow timing.
You bring:
• Project-finance and capital-markets expertise in natural resources/industrial scale-up.
• Hands-on operator who can build the finance function from scratch while partnering on strategy.
