PAPA. Thanks. I hadn't seen that. I've held a few shares from the last supposed takeover offer. Now I'll up my position somewhat.

This is the kind of buyout situation where I believe the person buying into it has to have really a lot of confidence that it's going to happen (and how would you even have that unless management said they were actively seeking?, and even then it's questionable. Or else the person has to have a large enough portfolio where they can just sit on the stock and hope for a definitive offer, meanwhile being exposed to the opportunity cost having that money tied-up.

I'm ok with that opportunity cost, and the risk of no offer and the stock declines for a loss for me. Or with the possible irritation that I finally sell, only to see the takeover offer coming in. As usual for me, I like to do such things in a package. And so here I'm also sitting and waiting for supposed possible offers for WBD, PSHG, and BFH.
