Here is Florida we have the Castle Doctrine which allows the homeowner to shoot and kill anyone who breaks into your home...

No questions needed, no warning needed...

If someone breaks into your home it is automatically presumed they intend to do you harm...

Shoot to kill, end of story...

That's the law!!!
