To Jerry and Dan, you have a very spirited debate going on. Are either of you directly connected to those who understand the specifics of how soon Si/Ge could ramp up and knock GaAs out or whether Si/Ge is just a dream that should work? You both post with such confidence. Are both of you right? Are there specific niches for both combinations? On the other hand if this is just a debate for fun and I have stuck my nose in just tell me to butt out. Gil
