Obama paid off his overdue parking tickets from his Harvard days right before his first election. He should be charged with a felony since his payoff for illegally parking was designed to influence a federal election. And lets not worry about the statute of limitations since elevating it to a felony bypasses that. There were about 40 tickets, so he will be guilty of 40 felonies -- three more than Trump!
