Thank you for your comments on JNNE. A few points of clarification. Mr. Naughton has informed me that the balance sheet of JNNE has substantially improved after the sale of RETN. Tax liens have been satisfied and liabilities are limited. More current financial are going to be issued in the next 90 days. Thank you Patrick M. Rost
