Schwab showed me a category on the TOS platform called "Short Sale Borrowing Rate".

I scanned all of my holdings and see Gladstone Commercial Corp Prf Perpetual USD 25 S (GOODN) 22.35 +0.05 (+0.22%) is on that list and the borrow rate is 60.5% !

This means I can loan out my GOODN stock, earn my normal preferred yield AND receive 60.5% annual return "if" I loan out my shares.

This does not seem accurate but I wonder if anybody else has investigated this especially w/ Low Grade Preferreds say BBB or lower.
