The Oracle deal is most likely part of the AMD OpenAI deal. Remember, OpenAI isn't going to buy anything, its the likes of Oracle that will be buying from AMD and OpenAI will lease capacity. I think there is a lot of misdirection going on currently. No transparency at all.
