Vitamin D3 at 2000 iu per day. (per the study posted) It is about 5 percent of what is likely to provide maximum benefit. 40000-50000 iu per day along with Mag, K2, and a range of B vitamins is what you need. Keep in mind that the food you eat today is NOT the food you ate even a decade ago, and certainly not what you ate when you were a kid. The medical profession is scamming the populace. (They can not be so dumb as to actually think taking anti inflammatory crap like Tylenol is less dangerous than keeping fully charged on D3. It MUST be a part of the scam to keep doctors in good homes and driving nice cars, while they send their welps to good schools. All through keeping the average Joe sick and weak.)

The next war will be so fast there won't be time to realize we have been scammed. It will be over and 80 percent of us will be dead before we even have time to get up off our couches. A major undertaking for sure.
