Quinton took that personal position in Sitka 2 years ago. Yes the share structure suffered many dilutive PPs as have so many jrs in recent years. We have spoken of SIg's unwieldy share structure here. I doubt there will be a rollback ,SIG is now on a clear path with strong financial backing as witnessed by the current PP devoid of warrants. I am Thankful Crescat's support has allowed Sitka to get to where it is now. The float has been moving in to stronger hands. The ocean of O/S warrants is getting drained, a bunch more are over by year end 2025. I think things get very interesting once the PP closes, hopefully earlier than advertised.
