hi Kirk, I think the latter but i don't know if it's to receive more investment banking services. I think i just noticed that some these stocks started a bullish trend and are the types of companies that the US government were interested and seeking to deploy investments in. Scott Bessent mentioned that those critical industries that were of high importance to the US would be given the WarpSpeed treatment.
