Like Jay likes to say - there is always a bull market somewhere.

One of Whaley’s studies shows that the period from Oct 20 to 27 is likely to be negative this year. And we know that the political situation is stormy. Caution seems to be a good idea, imho. Not selling - but not rushing in, either.
