Thanks. It sure makes sense to expand their opportunities into that area as it is skating to where the puck is going. I'm not a fan of governments picking winners and losers but the world is NOT a free market and the largest players are more Socialist or Communist than free market capitalist. So finding ways to compete is difficult.

China seems brilliant with its strategy of lending money for major projects to corrupt African and South American governments then waiting for nature to take its course, they default and China gets to take over the assets while gaining massive internal control of these countries by controlling assets that can make money to pay off the corrupt politicians who could nationalize the operations.
