Here is a slide posted on AMD side. Looks like APX is making it in as well. Which generally just expands the number of addressable registers, which should help the code execution and help the optimize out of order execution.

No detail on ACE, a successor to AMX. It is not even clear if it is going to be part of every core or if it will be per CPU, as a co-processor. Probably makes more sense to make it a co-processor and make it more powerful. Especially if it is supposed to go from notebook to server.

This would then compete with Apple SME.
