Look guys, I asked the questions from a guy claiming to be a staff engineer for a major cel/PCS handset manufacturer. I think you might find this very helpful if you missed it. I find I have to watch the threads from TQNT, ANAD, VTSS, and RFMD to really keep my eyes open. Basically SiGe is too expensive for now:
