Art. What is clear to me is a buy is much better than a sale. I don't need to write a condescending dissertation to say that. I'm old as dirt and starting buying QCOM two months after they went public. I've been a critic of RSUs and how stock buybacks prop up the stock while they unload. I know, I know... Dividends.....that'll shut em up.
