RE: Why is silver performing better than Gold/GLD?

Silver is used for industrial production and there is a shortage, India is currently trying to buy a lot of silver. Believe it or not most silver today is a byproduct of mining other minerals. Silver's secondary rise could also be because of currency debasement but not like gold.
I you want to invest in gold and silver there are a few easy ways to do it. Invest in the physical gold and silver ETFs or CEF (which is a CEF that holds both gold and silver) or if you want to hedge your bets with other hard assets invest in something like EDGH. Or just hold the bullion, I don't want to be responsible for its storage and safety.
