Thanks.

I'm doing okay. I'm trying to return to an active lifestyle where I was walking, bicycling, and lifting weights three or four years ago. I run up against injuries regularly as the body is not accustomed to the workload. The overuse or wear-and-tear injuries started after three months of recovery. I'm nearing the end of month five. I walk less than I did after three months since I have to fight off foot and ankle pain. As a result, I can't do as much hiking of unpaved trails and hilly terrain. My therapist thinks I'll be fine after 1-2 years as the body regains its strength. In the meantime, all I can do is manage my physical activities without overdoing it and use stretching/strengthening exercises to focus on the ankle and foot.
