Hi Sean,

Thank you for an excellent analysis.

I have a starter position and am leary, but like the taxation rate vs interest income.

I'm usually skittish about high payouts and questionable FCF.

I'll not get over exposed, but at a 1.80 a year and commodities gaining in this high capex world, it's a risky dare that might just work out.

9 to 10 percent dividends are alluring, but some times over time work out.

I'm of the opinion that Natural gas with USA LNG exports will boost the price in the USA to a closer rate that the rest of the world pays.
