RE: swapping CII for JCE I think I see why they are doing that trade, but I don't think I would bother to swap. CII got off to a slow start this year and I had a private conversation with someone on this site who was concerned, they got their act together after the first quarter. CII might get sold if I see a better opportunity in UTF after the R.O. is settled in the next day or so.
