Every country I have been to has a tinker class, guys that fell between the cracks.

They don't have proper credentials to participate in our Orwellian society or don't want to.

Paying under the table can open up a world of worry, you have to carefully weigh the consequences.

In Canada you always find a few white guys, sometimes Americans living on various Indian reserves, they are usually bushman types that dropped out of white society, some are hiding out. They hook up with a native woman and live under her umbrella of benefits.
