Yes, the CIA are operating in Venezuela, and I think it's extremely likely that Maduro will be booted out to get control of the oil. No tears will be shed for Maduro, he is both corrupt and inept, and millions of Venezuelans have left the country - there are a couple of million in Peru, where I currently am.
