Thanks for the article even if it reiterates the obvious. We all have known this for over a year and it amazing how the press is so far behind on this story. Tengiz gets the oil out by pail full. If we make a deal with the Russians we use their pipeline, thank you, please. DrRisk still long and buying more but I am crazy so don't listen to me
