Agreed, and for various reasons the market values QCOM differently than others.

Also, over time it’s become one of the most misunderstood companies WRT its business model and AAPLs role.

The “analysts” as a whole rate it a buy with the average target at ~$183, ~19% higher.

This issue appears to be with the institutional / active/ hedge fund holders who appear to have given up on the company -- wait and see / prove it attitude.

They need a good / convincing sales pitch from CA. / explaining all the new initiatives- irons in the fire (including DC retrofitting potential)

The upcoming CC would be a good time to start .
