Really? It has the largest carbon footprint in the world, and it owns a lot of vulnerable real estate.
Would you tell the Ukrainian military to try and achieve their goals in a "carbon-neutral" way? Of course not.

Yet you want the Pentagon to do just that? Our military should focus on achieving our mission goals in the most efficient way possible.

That's not going to happen if we restrict ourselves to "carbon-neutral" tanks and "carbon-neutral" destroyers and "carbon-neutral" stealth bombers with "carbon-neutral" bunker busters*.

Now if you think the military is emitting too much carbon by doing st00pid things like killing Venezuelan "fisherman," I would agree, but that has nothing to do with CO2. Instead, it has everything to do with Trump wasting our tax dollars on "drug-runner safaris."

P.S. - Drones, on the other hand, can be VERY "carbon-neutral" ...
